All Guardians have a Charge, but Guardians from the land of shadows have a tendency to have more abstract Charges instead of physical ones, protected not only through tooth and claw but also guile and cunning. Shadow Guardians are loathe to disclose their Charge to anyone, for fear of giving someone a lever with which to manipulate them. Because of their need to protect their Charge, Guardians from Shadow are far more wily and deceptive than their conspecifics in other flights. In addition, their games tend to be a lot more vicious than other dragons in their flight: at the end of the day, their Charges are still the most important things in the world to them, so if their Charge might be at stake, they are willing to resort to lying, spying, and even assassination.

Tisima Dosn’t remember her childhood. There isn’t one to remember. Dragons are not Eternal, and while Guardians’ home is the water, some in the past have gone exploring other lands. The Dragon Tisima used to be went exploring. While exploring the murky swamps of the Shadowlands, she met her end. The bones were cleaned by the various sprites and goblins, and Shadowbinder claimed them as her own. From these bones, Shadowbinder remade the guardian anew - The Bones were set into the swamp in a new location, one where Shadowbinder’s magics could seep into them, and from the muck the bones regained their former life.

The colors were all the same as before; except for the eyes. When the Guardian opened her eyes, whatever elemental clan she used to belong to was lost forever, and shadowy purple took over. Tisima never saw the Shadowbinder as the Deity hid nearby, watching her reclaimed dragon rise on shaky legs and test reformed wings.

This reborn dragon needed a new name, and so on a whisper of power, Shadowbinder granted the dragoness a new name - Tisima. Shadowbinder cannot always watch over every single Dragon, however. She had to move on to the next task or set of bones to be reclaimed, and so left Tisima to begin her second life.
As Tisima wandered, she eventually met a curious little Fae with shadow-eyes like herself. While Fae and Guardians are indeed quite different, Tisima felt a sort of kinship with this one in particular. He said his name was JackPumpkin, and she introduced herself as Tisima. The pair decided to explore together, and soon found commonalities between them.
JackPumpkin could not remember his former life either, they both only remembered waking up in the swamps, with only a hazy memory of their names and weakness in their bodies as they struggled to move for those first few minuets. Tisima found she liked having the partnership of JackPumpkin. She did not see him as her Charge, but she found she did not want to part from him all the same.
Over time the two became close, falling in love and agreeing to become bonded partners and maybe raise some hatchlings together. They still wandered the swamps however, and before any hatchlings were to be had, they needed a home.
Tisima still wanted to be near water, she was still a Guardian after all, and with no objections from JackPumpkin, they began heading for Driftwood Drag, a stretch of swampy land on the edge of the Shadowlands and the Water Territory.

Strength: Kindness
Weakness: Leadership

While Tisima is willing to adopt any and every Egg and Hatchling that comes into the Flock (a trait she's passed on to Many of her Hatchlings), She isn't very good at being any kind of 'leader'. Being a Mom, sure, Grandma, No problem, but being in charge of any sort of group that isn't children? Nope. You won't see her doing it unless there's absolutly no other choice in the matter.

Three words to Describe her: Kind, Caring, Compassionate
