The older half-brother of Orion and Nox, Malus grew up travelling with his father instead of living in the settlement with his mom. Living a rather mundane life despite travelling throughout Sornieth left Malus with a realistic, if a bit pessimistic, view of life, growing bitter and impatient with the caprice of other dragons. Instead of following in his father's footsteps and becoming some travelling monkey, Malus would rebound to his birthplace, where he had recently discovered he had kin. Much to his dismay, however, he found that both of his siblings were kooks who spoke with beings outside the realm of their comprehension and that he was once again the only grounded dragon in their small family unit.
Currently working in a bank he owns, which he rules with an iron fist, Malus is trying to keep the secret of his brothers under wraps, which is proving increasingly difficult.

The middle brother, Malus and Nox are total opposites concering personality, but Malus admits he enjoys the tea his brother brews.
