The Eccentric Magus

It is said that every clan has at least a few odd ducks in their midst, and Notus Silver has Kiba. A reserved sort, they seem content to study the secrets of their homeland, even in a place as barren as Dragonhome. However, they also hold a deep love for money, and seem to enjoy flaunting their wealth in any way possible, covering their body in shimmering gold in order to show off their status.

It is unknown why they joined Notus Silver. They were a simple traveler, and when they asked for a place to stay on the Zephyr Steppes, Regalia had graciously offered her home. When the old territory was destroyed, Kiba's rescue efforts helped to ensure that the clan made it out okay, and because of this, they are well-respected in the new territory.
