Eonsaar Masser
Former scientist working on a top secret arcane/lightning joint project, probably military related. Once the project was finished all of the workers were slaughtered to keep them quiet. Now lives on the run in the desert as a fugitive looking for a new home outside either flight.

Also turned herself into a bogsneak using her science knowledge to cover her tracks a bit. It was a rush job with inferior scrap equipment, so she turned out a bit messed up. Her innards are a constant capsule of magical potion goo that can't decide what shape it wants to be.

original scry had jaguar back when she was helvetica the gender and breed shifting weredragon magitech guy mecha builder superhro and wanted escapee of government golem workshop slaughter coverup, as a bogsneak i think she had a lion's mane of overlapping fins in two thirds circles down her entire neck back with only her throat being bare of them and they could puff up and twitch a little to be expressive, similar to the "drown" or "frill" liek shape that the hatchlign art shows but a different shaped kind of fin and the crown-frill repeats semi-unevenly down the nexk behidn it to form a shape like a lion's mane, like a crown of fins all down the neck the ragged but not damaged shaped edged kind of fins, also had a very iguana like head shape overall and a subtle but visible sort of undertone of wrinkly slightly misshapen subtle wrongness to her design in a way i cant quite describe
