Vagolo

Vagolo was originally a rock. Over time, the rain, wind, and snow wore her down into the vague shape of a dragon. A powerful, but childless, fae sorceress stumbled upon her one day. Inspiration struck her. She laboriously carved Vagolo into a snapper hatchling, to be her protégé. When Vagolo was finally shaped, runes were etched into her side, bringing her to life. Unfortunately, the fae sorcress had underestimated the stone hatchling's power. Vagolo had no gifts for magic, but she was incredibly unruly and destructive. By the time she was a few days old, she had knocked over everything she could bump into. Her small creator had no way of handling her, and no experience with surly, destructive hatchlings. She also didn't know that Vagolo was capable of growing. She had assumed that the stone would stay the same shape forever. However, the snapper was quickly growing in size to match her dragon born counterparts. The fae had no choice, and with a heavy heart, left her with a small clan who had hatchlings of its own. Vagolo grew up here, but was always lonely. She thought she was the only stone dragon alive, until she met her best friend and mate; Nukharon.
