36259165p.png Back at Aquelagra's, the lilyfowl begin their morning with a quick splash in the pond followed by a light preening atop an old floating log. Yet one seems a bit standoffish from the rest, choosing instead to remain amongst the shrubbery along the bank. The resident butterflies hover over for a closer inspection and reveal that it is indeed NOT a lillyfowl. Well, that explains why it doesn't mingle with the flock, but what in the world could this strange lilyfowl-imposter be?

It was thought that all manner of fauna and flora had already been documented on the island many years ago. This little one must have migrated or hitched a ride with one of the guests at Flora Falls. Such a peculiar thing. It doesn't seem to be searching for food or doing much of anything apart from holding its perch.


The odd creature sits atop a low hanging branch. With the patience of any great predator, it settles in a resting position; watching, waiting. For what, no one knows exactly. It simply waits.

Aquelagra is a lighthearted, cheerful dragon with friendly disposition toward all creatures that are not insects. (One must not play with food, afterall.) She enjoys the company of her animal friends and frequently sets up little tea parties for them to attend; which they do, albeit in a rather confused state. For what is a lillyfowl to do with tea cups and little plates? Nevertheless, they do enjoy the ample distribution of cake and biscuits.

When she isn't hosting parties, Aquelagra's days are spent scrubbing the flowers, wallpapering leaves, and occasionally tends to the health of the pond near her tree. (It's alright. The pond is actually in good state!) It is here that we must point out that Aquelagra isn't really given any particular role within the clan just yet. No, no. For one thing, she is far too busy occupying herself with a great endeavor, her first love, puzzles. :)

Yes, puzzles! Gloooorious puzzles! Never has a fae known such bliss, such joy, such pure happiness - until said fae hits a wall and can't sort where the last piece is supposed to go. You see, there is a reason Aquelagra lives out here, alone. Her obsession and frustration with puzzles has often led to catastrophic events that no one likes to talk about. Oleandra even petitioned Nuciferia to eject this sweet little fae from the clan, but Nuci, in all her wisdom, decided Aquelagra would be better off living away from anything fragile, at least until she matures a bit, or gets a cat tree.


Please do not send Aqualagra cats duct-taped to a tree!! This is inhumane and the clan can't afford to deal with the political windfall from P.I.T.A. or the outrageous demand from exotic bakeries.
