As head of the Twilit Gardens, Varania spends most of her days tending to the plants within the enclosed space. A small tunnel of ivory ruins covered in dirt and leaves leads into the garden, expanding out into a thicket of flora and fauna of all sorts. It's a small spot, but it's one she can call home again. Half of the clan lives in the ruins, occasionally visiting to tell her stories and news from the inner parts of the group, the other lives within the garden. She left the Viridian Labyrinth to seek out more friends of different flights and to expand her knowledge of the life that lived across the land. There was a lot where she lived and it was green as far as the eye could see, but she wanted more; she wanted a family, and she wanted to spread the beauty she saw in the Everbloom Gardens elsewhere. With lighter lands in her sight, she took flight. Before she had left, she had a nest, only a single egg hatching. Her daughter, Naida, was blessed with eyes of the Lightweaver and was very close with her. However, much like her mother she wanted to leave home and see the world. Her daughter picking up and doing what she desired most, what she dreamed to do, inspired her to do the same. A celebration was had when they reunited miles away from their birth-lands, and now the two are hardly seen apart. Variana makes herself known, greeting each newcomer with a smile and warm hospitality, her home in the gardens always smelling like teas and cakes. She keeps in constant communication with their co-leader who lives in the ruins, Nozeria, to make sure things run smoothly between the connection, the blend of dragons working in harmony. She saw a light in her, a kindness that mirrored her own, and when Tavia ran back home telling of a Plague raid on her new homeland she couldn't help but take the torn clan under her wing. She keeps an eye on the priestess' mate, but finds him harmless otherwise. Within the garden are many keepers, all close and connected to one another, and she couldn't be happier about this. She takes in dragons of all different stories and pasts. |
