While Raisa rarely ever tries to be mean, she is extremely blunt and has accidentally caused more than her fair share of hatchlings to sob uncontrollably after an attempt at a joke. This isn't on purpose; she just happens to naturally be completely awful at sugar-coating or saying anything in a delicate way. She has tried to get better at this, but it was so odd to hear anything remotely soft coming from Raisa that those around her quickly put a stop to it.
