Alchemist, Stargazer

The clan's wily alchemist showed up shortly after Khaz and Tu'uq'a created their lair. She had planned to remain only a short time, charting the stars in the Sunbeam Ruins, when she met Torys. The younger Snapper had arrived only a few days before, adopted by clan patriarch, Tu'uq'a. She was sweet and cheerful, and Ereshkigal was hooked, drawn into her orbit. Ereshkigal warred with herself over returning to her nomadic, lone existence, or remaining to romance Torys and join the budding clan. Torys won. The pair fell in quirky, Snappy love, and bonded as mates.

Ereshkigal isn't precisely nocturnal, she tends not to sleep at all. However, she functions much better at night, when the sun isn't making her relaxed and lazy with warmth, and her clan isn't bustling around, distracting her from her work. She's the clan's head researcher, using her inexhaustible memory to store all sorts of information she thinks could be useful later. Her specialty is alchemy, and the strange, colorful glow of her projects lights the lair at night, but her Arcane upbringing and her nightly experiments make her a superb star-watcher.
