Gaureeya | Interior Designer
As the stony and rocky area of Dragonhome itself does not really support natural interior decoration or similar things, the clan thought it'd be nice to hire a dragon specifically for that - to make everything a bit brighter, more lively and cozier. Hiring was the plan at first, but somehow Gaureeya stayed and is now responsible for the decoration and chiseling of the different rooms. He has a special eye for art like that and also knows how to adjust the rooms perfectly to each individuals own liking. That's how he knows most of the dragon's personalities - but he is not one to tell anyone's secrets.

In the beginning, Gaureeya was a hired dragon, his only purpose of stay was to decorate the different tunnels and caves properly and then leave. But as the clan grew, and thus the cave system, there was ever more work to do for the colorful Coatl. He also made some friends here and met a wonderful young dragon lady, so when the day to finally leave had come, he just couldn't do it. After all, he had thought about staying with the clan for a while at that point and so he simply did just that. Since then he has decorated quite a few rooms and told other dragons to chisel some more statues here and there. He found a special liking decorating the clan's domain at the Pillar though, so nowadays he wakes up early just in time to be there to watch the sunrise, then he decorates the whole day long and only leaves after sun has set again. And even though, there is a limited amount of rooms, caves and tunnels to decorate, Gaureeya does never run out of work to do: He's a real perfectionist and always finds something to improve. Sometimes, this habit can turn out really stressful - when there are many new hatchlings, new dragons or any general exciting stuff is happening. Other than that, Gaureeya is somehow really emotional and therefore can never say goodbye to the trained dragons leaving to serve Earthshaker. He thought he was going to get used to it, but until now he did not. |
