The King of Wei

Hero. Excelling in both politics, war, and the arts, Cao Cao was a man beyond his time. He cared very little for tradition and status, and yearned for a world without war and to have stability, though not ruling himself.

A gentle soul at heart, Cao Cao felt it was wrong to execute people with talent and abilities, and instead took them in to give them a second chance by giving them jobs and having them work under him.

Widows and homeless women were taken in as concubines as Cao Cao saw that they had no one to look after them, so he took them in to care for them and adopted their children as his own. If he didn't, he wasn't sure what would have happened to these women otherwise. Many people found his behaviour strange, but he cared not.

In the end, his family mattered to him the most. And his cousin, Xiahou Dun was almost like a brother to him. Inseparable until the very end when Cao Cao fell into death's embrace from a stroke.

But it didn't take his cousin much long to follow him into the darkness only a few months later.



Calling out to his cousin, reaching his hand out in the pitch and cold darkness, waiting to him to grasp on.
