"Oh! Hello! Are you a new intern?" A bright orange Spiral surges forward, its speed forcing the hood to fall down, catching on the ominous antlers.

You shake your head, explaining that you're only here because of the unfortunate incident. The Spiral twists around as you speak, nodding quickly every few words.

"I see! Well, my name is Farin! It's really nice to meet you, and I really hope that you don't hate us too much! I see many new faces every day, but it's even better when I get to meet someone like you! A visitor! How exciting! You're staying overnight, right? Perfect! There's a cool event going on tomorrow morning-- we're launching the cannons! You can watch or help out if you want to! Oh, but you'll need a pair of special goggles-- something about safety protocols! But, yeah, it's very nice to meet you!"

From there, he continues chattering on, twisting his limbs between his claws while his tail beats rapidly on the floor, sweeping side to side. The whole time, he keeps his gaze on you, though occasionally he glances around as if looking for a signal. You smile nervously-- while you don't want to hurt his feelings, you'd rather not talk to anyone right now, or at least for a little bit.

As he stops for a breath, he looks at you, expectantly. He taps his claws on the floor, metallic tics ringing out quietly against the polished linoleum floor. Taking the hint, you smile again and agree with him. It's getting dark, and you'd very much like to rest from the traveling. He perks his head up and nods fervently, standing up and fluttering his wings.

"Good night, sleep tight! If you need anything, feel free to ask for me!" And with that, he coils up and jumps away, flaring his wings and flapping wildly to keep steady. A couple dragons follow him, each having a wristband looped around one of their limbs, with 'INTERN' printed in cyan followed by a long sequence of numbers.
