B I O G R A P H Y

______ Like others of his species, Apep left his home as soon as he was of age. The eldest of five, Apep felt like he had to set an example for his younger siblings. Apep began his search for his Charge in his homeland, though that quickly proved to not be where they would be. Whoever (or whatever) his Charge was to be he did not know...and would not until they met. For weeks he searched, doing his best to stay clear of any of the Beastclans, hunting and gathering what he could, sleeping whenever he got the chance. It wasn't easy, Sornieth was vast and expansive. Many times, he found himself avoiding any clans period - as he was sure his Charge wasn't a part of a home already. Along the way, he had picked up a follower : an Irradiated Astronomer. The small, rabbit like creature had taken to following him at some point, he couldn't recall when. He named it Namira.

______ The large Guardian thought he would never find his Charge, it had felt like months went by. It was when he came to the site of a recent attack - a Serthis Attack, judging by the tracks on the ground - that he found his Charge. A small, pitch black Fae who's only color seemed to be her bright pink wings. Apep would have thought she was dead had it not been for the very subtle rise and fall of her small torso. They were in the Shadow Territory, he realized, which surprised him. He gathered the Fae up and found a suitable cave within the Wispwillow Grove, beginning to nurse her to health.

______ The Grey behemoth spent several weeks nursing the small Fae back to health, learning a small bit about her. Her voice was Monotonous, like others of her kind, but to him seemed to hold a light tone. Her name was Cypress, and judging by her eyes, she was a Shadow Kin, like himself. He still couldn't fathom that he had traveled all around the territories to end up back in his home territory. Cypress couldn't remember much of anything, he discovered. He knew it bothered her, but it didn't bother him. He would protect her until his dying breath Regardless.

______ Months later, after Cypress was recovered, Apep discovered they shared mutual feelings for each other and decided to pursue them, leading to their first clutch being created. In a small voice, Cypress spoke to him one night as they watched their eggs, deciding she wanted to start a full on Clan with him. Thus, the Hollowshade Clan was created.
