The owner of the fish shop, Selkie is an adept fisher who's preferred method for catching is to drudge through the waters with nets to gather schools of seafood. She ventures to several ponds and rivers, rarely returning to the same areas as to not diminish the population of fish present in those locations. Rarely will she traverse to the sea for trawling, as it's difficult to gather fish that quickly scatter to deeper areas.

Though she favors saltwater fish, she prefers wading through shallow waters. She'll sometimes travel very far, but doesn't bring back her captured game as they tend to spoil quickly. She sticks with local basins to ensure her products are fresh. After all, some dragons prefer raw fish, and the flavor is better if it's fresh, rather than having to be thawed. Saltwater seafood is a special (and expensive) treat in her shop.

Selkie, like her name, is quite captivating- especially to pescatarian dragons. She's a charming salesdragon that lures in customers with her plentiful and diverse stock, and her charisma. She never lies about her products, of course, and has a genuine pride in her inventory. She simply has a way with words that enthralls buyers, emphasizing on the flavor and availability for seasonal fish. Perhaps this is the true skill of an experienced angler, to capture even other dragons... (metaphorically speaking.)

She had at one point in time left the clan, as she used to live her life as a vagrant. Somehow she found herself back, and feeling that it was fate, decided to stay for good this time. She still wanders around, leaving sometimes for weeks at a time, but always finds her way back to Astéri Lune. She now has too many good friends to consider leaving permanently, sating her wanderlust with her expeditions. Additionally, she's interested in the magic-infused sea life only found in arcane waters. Perhaps the magic dwelling within these creatures are truly what enchants her to stay.

On occasion, Selkie will travel with the argosy for seawater fishing and selling outside of the clan, though she doesn't consider herself a crewmate. She's an affable dragon with plenty of allies, no doubt retrieved from her charm. Her biggest issue is her lack of an attention span, zoning out when someone discusses something for a long time. If she has a thought she wishes to share, she'll blurt it out sometimes cutting others off mid-sentence. She does apologize and means no harm, but some find it rude. Others are willing to forgive her and spare the patience needed to keep her as a close friend. She truly means well, after all, and can be a great ally to have.

I had actually sold her before, and when i was looking for a similar dragon (because i missed her), I saw her for sale again. It was meant to be!
