Belladonna was born of two extremes- lucky and unlucky, long and short sighted, mannered elite and drifter spy. Though she knew her father for only a few days, she takes after him far more than her mother would like. Neko would have loved her first born daughter to be able to take up the family business, and Bell has tried to live up to expectations, just in her own way. When Snowblood isn't around to intimidate, you'll find Bells, keeping a careful eye on patrons and dishing out a compliment and a smile when she feels necessary. She doesn't have her mother's gift for talking and smoothing things over, but most at least feel comfortable around Bell. You know where you stand with her at any rate, and that's away from anything and anyone she cares about. Bell has a gift and a love of 'scrappin', which is to say fighting and more than the basics of breaking, entering, and hacking. Anything you need to get around Bells will want to know about, and she's talked more than a few here into divulging their secrets. She keeps said knowledge to herself, having learned from Walter that you don't need to go spreading exactly what you can do. And, well, you don't need to ask where else she's picked up that whole 'keep your cards close to the chest' thing. She can deal a mean game of poker should you ask, has a quick hand with chips and a grin that tells you she's just as quick with other items, mainly of the knife shaped nature. Neko used to be rightly terrified her daughter would fall into the trap of just being another shakedown artist, one who was better with her fists than numbers, but time has showed what Bells cares about- she likes people, and sometimes people aren't so nice to other people, either by intimidating them or forcing them to be what they're not. -Actually very good at determining what people are after and what they're about, she rarely will divulge this though -Friendly if she decides that you aren't trying to use her or any of her family. Her family includes Etzel, Peoria, Adeline and very especially Walter. -The larger Casino conglomerate (aka the other heads and workers) have a soft spot for her, mostly because of the intersection of knowing her from childhood and her being chaotic enough to never slot into 'the boss' bratty kid' trope. -The big sister and babysitter of more than a few around here. Bells is most like her mother if you mess with one of her adopted siblings.
