God of Stars Trapped in a Mortal Body


  • Another god, in a fit of jealousy, sent Asteri towards a planet and convinced a powerful mage to trap the god in mortal skin.
  • He's never encountered mortals before and doesn't know how to act around them, and sometimes seems rude or ignorant.
  • Isn't used to have a shape and sometimes trips on his own feet or smacks other people with his wings.
  • The glow of his body is a lingering effect of his godly form, which had just been a traveling star.
  • He still retains all of his abilities as a god, but as long as he still has his mortal body he cannot return to his home in the sky.
  • He sings sometimes, usually in dead languages no one else can understand, but always about being homesick and his grieving for his previous form and life.
  • Despite not knowing how to move very well in his new body nor how to act around mortals, when he is still an simply breathing, it is obvious there is something beneath his skin, something shimmering and kind, something that can just take your breath away.
  • Asteri does not acknowledge it, but he is beautiful in the way the view of a clear night sky from the top of a mountain is beautiful; out of this world and just overwhelmingly breathtaking.
