Biography

Pyrite embodies a chaotic mix of the wind flight's wanderlust and shadow's cunning and trickery. He spent most of his life wandering from clan to clan, wheeling and dealing and making bets that paid off for him in the best way. He'd accumulated his own small hoard of gold and gems by the time he came across the Clan of Bloodflies. The only thing he lacked was security.

Sion saw a use for his talents and cut a deal with him. Pyrite was free to stay with the clan as long as he pleased. His treasure was safe, and remained his own, and he was free to continue roaming and gambling as he pleased. But while he was breezing around, he was obligated to act as the clan's courier, and give all but a portion of any pay received for his work back to the clan.

Pyrite was also responsible for bringing the Gloomstride nocturne caravan into the clan, after a card game gone wrong landed him up to his wingtips in debt to their Mistress.
