Durnik

Durnik was born into a clan from deeper within the Viridian Labyrinth. It was by chance that he got turned about in the jungle and emerged on the sunny bank where the silver conifer grows and he encountered a group of other young dragons rollicking beyond the carefully maintained clan gardens.

And so he met Polgara, and a little half-dozen fae cousins, and weeks passed and it was not long before he did not remember that this was not where he had come from. And so the Clan of the Silver Pine became his home, and he was accepted as naturally as any other dragon who would seek shelter there, although he never did actually approach the Clan Leader and ask to be permitted to join the lair.

Indeed, by the time Durnik thought himself at home, Ginseng was just as certain that he had always been a part of the clan.
