Astronomer
Vaoel found herself among the Wake by accident. Her eyes fixed upon the stars, she stumbled upon Oerreil's hunt and fouled it up. The rest of the clan is rather unsure how she found herself following the Wandering One, herself being too embarrassed to say, and Oerreil keeping her silence, understanding the need for some privacy.
Here she continues to map the stars, asking them to give up their secrets, at times accompanying Oerreil on her journeys to far off lands in order to observe the skies there. She takes a rather dim view of exaggeration, but endures the tendencies of some of her clanmates with the understanding that they, too, are building images of the world. Still, her stuffiness with regard to that sort of thing has made her the object of some good-natured jesting by Valvayla.
