Biography

He is one of Ciliata's advisors as well as a lesser noble, having come to the clan as a fosterling, like many others. He also happens to be an adept mage, whose duties primarily involve maintaining the barriers/spellwork that allow the clan to enjoy open-air atriums and water-less living quarters, even at the bottom of the ocean. The bright glow of his rune-marks is a sign of his exceptional power, but an unconscious one, something he often feels embarrassed of. The bubbles keeping the crushing depths at bay for clan member not suited or no longer able to stand them are thankfully not solely of his make, but relics made, strengthened, and maintained by generations of dragons. He is but one mage found worthy of a grand tradition.
