Illorum - Lor to her friends - is quiet, polite, and demure. She dislikes conflict; if someone confronts her or one of her companions, she will either bear it in polite silence until they've run out of things to say, or she will simply leave the situation altogether. She's reserved and observant, absorbing everything that happens around her without judgment. However, if she has serious concerns or feels her opinion will be genuinely helpful, she will not hesitate to speak up.
She spends most of her own time pursuing the study of magic and science, as many Arcane dragons choose to do. Her particular hobby is stargazing, a tendency that was encouraged by her parents, who thought it only fitting.

Illorum was one of three hatchlings in her parents' first clutch. Her family thought her star-studded colouring was rather auspicious, and as she grew up she took on the role of Clan Callide's unofficial mascot. Though she's never displayed any interest in taking over leadership of her clan or leaving to found her own, since childhood she has avidly shadowed both of her parents as they perform their duties and resolve issues in the small clan. Her siblings and the hatchlings that her parents adopted in from other flights began to see her as a source of wisdom and good advice, even if they didn't always feel happy about taking it.

She is frequently accompanied by a carmine Serthis named Kaia, who serves as her assistant and secretary.
