I turned out not to be a shadow
as I was told by sacred books in the dust of libraries.
I am rather the echo of the voice of God and I breathe into it
and God does not breathe into shadows
as sacred books in the hearts of passersby have told me.
The sky could not but exhale
a whole existence ...
Aldebaran is a mystic dragon, who was raised by a dark cultus who told him that his destiny
was to live in the shadows, and wanted him to be a dangerous cultist, working for dark gods
and spreading plague and curses across the lands. However, Aldebaran listened to his heart
and slowly became wary of the dark gods they were worshipping: Wasn't God supposed to be a light?
Ultimately, he refused to cultivate the darkness in his heart, and left the cultus and the shadows;
as he was one of the most powerful and promising members, they weren't able to stop him.
Due to his background story, his appearance is quite ambivalent: he still does appear sinister,
creepy, and eerie (especially his eyes and his glare look quite scary), but in truth he tries
to cultivate the light in his heart to "justify his existence" as he uses to say.
