The Imperial is a river spirit, which possesses supernatural powers , mostly based on the element of water. He has extensive knowledge of magic and the spirit world. He knows about 'Spell Casting', 'Telekinesis', 'Cloaking' and much more like he has the ability to bind, impersonate, or stop objects and individuals by using force-fields.

He does not talk much about his past, but he found an underground waterway beneath this lair and planed to stay. The other dragons mostly calling him by the nickname 'Haku', which does not seem to bother him much.
