Rainbird named himself after his mist peacock tertiary. He couldn't resist and laughs with his friends about it but really enjoys his name.

Gheti pronounces her name as follows: 'Gh' as in 'tough'; 'e' as in 'women'; 'ti' as in 'action'. Therefore 'fish'. Yes, it's her way.

Rainbird shares a birthday with a dear friend of Emberglo's having been hatched on her 66th birthday. Unfortunately she's never visited Sornieth so she's never been able to meet Rainbird.
