A con artist and master thief, Peter Nureyev had only one rule he followed. He would never have a true identity, never have anyone know who he truly was or where he came from. He traveled across the galaxy, stealing and scamming his way through life, the Thief Without A Name.
And then he met Juno Steel. And, to quote Cecil, "fell in love instantly".
The two kept running into each other. First by accident, then on purpose. They were enemies, allies, partners, with Juno sometimes chasing Nureyev and sometimes joining him on his heists.
Nureyev still prefers to keep his name a secret, entrusting his true name only to Juno. Most of the lair knows him as Ransom.
