NAME is a native-born Lightning dragon, but she hasn't let her natural gifts with electricity provide her with an easy way out. She firmly believes in the value of hard work and self-discipline, and sat through the rigorous electrical competency tests required of all non-Lightning hatchlings in her birth clan even though her elemental affinity would have allowed her to be exempted. NAME may love engineering, but she has learned from her mother that complacency never leads to the outcomes one desires. Determined to work hard and earn her place at the top, NAME focused so intently on her education that many of her yearmates thought she had no friends at all.

It isn't true that NAME doesn't care for the attention of others, though. She is just reluctant to give her heart away, whether in matters of friendship or love. She prefers to get to know other dragons slowly, learning more about them before trusting them with her own secrets and feelings. Once her loyalty is earned, NAME is a faithful friend and a staunch ally and will never hesitate to come to the aid of a loved one in need.
