Aspire

For a large dragon, Aspire is strangely hard to notice. He haunts the roadways and flight-stops of the mesas and oases of the lightning lands, his great orange bulk is vivid and brash beside the grey-yellow sands. The baubles, various jewelry and pseudo-medical paraphanelia he hoards and carries about glows suspiciously in the night and shimmers in the daytime sun. Still, many a time, smaller dragons are stunned when—upon landing or otherwise approaching a place of rest—the broad shoulders or sharp-nosed head of a fair sized, ludicrously colored ridgeback loom swiftly from either light or darkness, as if color and glowyness aren’t nearly as much of a cause for visibility as the mere want to be seen.
Aspire’s voice is the growl of a serpent; low, hoarse, often described as a strange mixture of a hiss and rumble. His wares are strange and frightening to all but the most addled dragons.
Needless to say, given his mannerism, appearance, and suspicious wares, he gets little revenue from the reasonably frightened visitors to the lands. Lightning dwellers often send annoying foreigners in his direction so as to guarantee their perpetual absence henceforth.




Aspire
Speaks with a thick [russian] accent and with some awkwardness, but is smooth and eloquent in his native speech.
Resourceful and analytical, but somewhat superstitious. His brand of superstition is strictly his own, however, and doesn’t make him any easier to dupe. Very accepting of beastclans, respectful of their traditions, and keen to make connections with established tribes as well as learn from them. Has beastclan customers which causes some clans to view him as ‘native’ and ‘an outsider’ but only cares a little of that matter (plus he has Cold for company, and is too busy trying to gain his attention to be bothered)
