Most people who come to the Three Cities see it is safety, a rare bastion of calm and security out in the Wasteland, and with that reputation Neko saw opportunity. After all what's the point of staying somewhere if there's nothing to do while you're there? Might as well make some money off of idle claws.

Neko runs The Cat's Meow- the premier casino, hotel and bar in the region. She's a deft manager, and not one to turn down even the smallest of customers. If you've only got 3t to your name, Neko'll happily point you to the penny slots and direct a bartender to give you her cheapest drink. After all, first impressions are important, as is a good reputation.

Of course being quite the shrewd buisnessdrake comes with other responsibilities. One shouldn't cross Neko or attempt to cheat her unless you'd like to find out just how this little bright spot of wind managed to survive the trip on her own to get here.

As long as you're on her turf, the old saying remains true- "The house always wins," and Neko keeps a very clean and orderly house.

Belladonna is the eldest daughter, and of course Neko loves her deeply, she just wishes her dear daughter would maybe pay attention to at least some of what she’s trying to teach her. Neko mostly thinks that Bell is karmic comeuppance for how she was in her own childhood.

-Has a pet Trick of the Light named Brioche. Brioche acts as a messenger, familiar, and another set of eyes.
-Doesn't want to confront Walter about her daughter because they both know he's the type she'd hire in a pinch. She simply doesn't want him to gloat about it to her face.
