Biography
Seen in a vision, Hucdil picked her up as she was drawn to the lands of the Icewarden. Palla is a little confused why she's here, but is eagerly exploring the bright shallow waters around Driftwood Island, which are much different to the cool mid-dark she comes from.
Palla carries a double horn mutation, as some dragons do. Her vision above water is very poor, and she has been equipped with a set of water-filled goggles, which correct the air's refraction for her eyes. Her sense of smell is also muffled above water, and she has trouble telling things apart.
Familiar: The waveskimmer originally started following her as she was making her way to the south, and when Hucdil intercepted her he simply tagged along. He is perfectly relaxed, and stands on rocks and preens or fishes companionably in her vicinity.
