In charge of the clan treasury, second in command of the lair and supervisor of the clan's guards, she's always busy. Orchid would let her closest partner, Dawn (Dunhoof) take some of the weight off her shoulders, but she'd rather Dawn and her sister Sofie focus on internal affairs like disputes within the lair, new members and especially unhappy guests.

Although Orchid as a noble heart, her constant worrying and busy job can make her come off as stiff and impatient. Dealing with people's problems is her worse skill, and honestly, she's not sure why people keep asking her.

Dawn often jokingly calls her a spiral for how little sleep Orchid tends to get, when she does, it's usually in the early morning when all her work is done. Orchid is the only one to ever be on Dawn's back, the inseparable pair can be seen tenderly cuddling minutes before Orchid succumbs to self induced exhaustion. When the front desk is opening again to customers, Dawn gently loads Orchid onto her back to leave, better to carry her home than wake her up only an hour into sleeping! Dawn would never say it, but she likes the weight on her back and the gentle kneading of Orchid's paws on her shoulders.

Ochid's other girlfriend lies with Starshine, Velera. Luckily the two are too busy to mind times apart, even when Cobalt Clovers is visiting.
