The sorceress let out a deep growl. She blue body seemed to come alive with the fiery anger that she felt. She just wanted to rip apart her mage’s tunic and coat and fly to wherever that stupid dragon was. Her light green eyes burned a little brighter than normal now that the sorceress knew what Pavlov had done. How dare that insolent scum take her balaika. She had brought the stupid creature back from the unreachable and warned her what would happen if she dared to betray her. But of course the Pavlor had to go off and run, as if she would be able to escape the great sorceress power. The lupine sorceress that was trapped in a dragon's body left out a deep sigh. It wouldn't matter soon enough she would have her old body back. Mahira slowly got to work, she sent out signals to all her cult members to check in to see if anyone had found the last piece of the core. To think so soon she would be able to return to her old form. One piece that's all she would need until she would be able to fix the core and go back. It had taken so long, caused Mahira so much pain but soon Mahira waited for a reply but her thoughts started to drift. To think it's been a full year since she had awaken in this new foreign form. She still remembers that day.

A gasp suddenly broke the silence that occupied the Shattered Plain. A sorceress, a very powerful at that one had awoken once again. The creature was much different than any of the others that had come back from the unreachable. This one still contained some of her former features. With a wolf head and a dragoness body the creature was terrifying to behold. Her looks weren't the only thing people would come to fear, no she held a great power within her. Stronger than any other creature that had returned from the unreachable, this newly reborn dragoness could finally be the one to return the world to what it used to be. The newly hatched dragoness shakily lifted her head and looked down at her body. Strange this isn't the form she remembered. Memories came rushing back to her, her old life, power, and the core. The sorceress slowly stood, knowing what she was going to have to face to get back to her old life. But right now that didn't matter, no right now the dragon needed to get to water. The sorceress slowly lifted her new wings and took to the skies. Her eyes rapidly searched over the bare desert, then she spotted it, a watering hole. She quickly swooped down and landed softly beside the pool. The dragon quickly thrust her lower jaw into the water and started to take in gulp after gulp of the cool water. “Hey dragon! What do you think your doing!” Someone yelled behind her. The sorceress took one last swallow before she turned around to face the insolent dragon that dared to question her.

The sorceress gave a wolfish smirk when the dragon before her gasped in shock at her face. She sent out a wave out power and let the fae dragon that stood before her realize what he was dealing with. “Please forgive me all mighty one. I didn't realize the power you held. Please allow me to serve you forever. I will serve you until this world is blown into pieces once again or until we are saved.’’ The fae male pleaded bowing down before the great sorceress. Mahira looked at the creature and sent a lick of power through him. He did have potential, not near and much as her, but he did have some of his memories, which means he's awake for a while now. The sorceress let a rumble leave her throat. “Fine, you shall be the first member of my cult. If you ever question me again though, there will be consequences.’’ The fae male quickly nodded his head eager to serve the powerful creature. “I need you to go out and find as many sorcerers and sorceress as you can. If we are going to repair the core we are going to need some help.” the fae male quickly took to the skies eager to please his new master. Mahira sat down trying to think about what she said. She didn't even know what she was saying core, repairing the world she was so confused. The sorceress slowly drifted into her mind, were she was quick to learn about what had happened to this land, and what she was going to have to do to fix the place. After a full day and night of the sorceress shifting through her own thoughts she arose and set out to make a cult of the most powerful sorceress this world or the last had ever seen.

The sorceress snapped out of her thoughts when she got a link from her second in command. “I found it master. I have the last piece of the core. I'm in the Wyrmwound, it's time to go home!” Her second said. A cheer went through the links they all had. The sorceress let a dark smile overtake her face. Indeed it was time to begin the second stage of her plan. “Everyone get back to me as soon as you can. We need to finish the generator and get ourselves ready for the final stage.” Mahira linked. Soon after powerful sorcerers and sorceress started to appear back at base. They all went right to work fixing the generator, eager to get home. She felt a small wave of power and turned around. Sure enough her second stood in the doorway with a piece of core in a small sealed container. A cheer rang through the building as everyone caught sight of the Fae male. He smirked and quickly walked towards his master. He bowed down before her and lifted the container towards her. “Oh great and powerful sorceress, I have been by your side since this cult started. It is my great honor to present to you, the final piece of the core!” Another cheer rang through the building as Mahira took the container into her hands. The only sign of gratitude that the sorceress gave was a small nod of her head. She took a look at the piece of core that had vexed her for so long. Finally she would be able to escape this wretched place. She takes the core into her personal nest and puts it next to the other seven pieces. They all let off a fait glow that only magnifies as the last piece is put next to them. The dragoness left the room and made a quick announcement to the dragons that were working on the generator. “Tomorrow the rest of the cult will be getting here. Prepare yourselves tonight, because by the end of tomorrow we will be in a new place. A better place, the place we all long for. Home!” The building shook slightly a the force of the roars that erupted through the building.

N one of the dragons slept that night, even once the generator was ready they just couldn't fall asleep, maybe because of fear for what tomorrow held, or excitement for the new future could hold. As soon as the sun rose Mahira was ready, her apparel on and her mind sharp. She sent out a wave of power altering the cult members to come out from their nests. Soon enough there was a circle surrounding the generator. The generator itself was a beast to behold. The inner part was a sphere in shape and made of electric crystals. There was a small hole at the top of the sphere were the core would be dropped in, where it would rest in the center of the machine. Surrounding the top of the sphere was a platform with eight thicker wires spaced out equally. These were for her seven most trusted allies and most powerful sorceress that had ever walked this earth. The thickest lay on a higher raised platform where Mahira would stand and deposit the core. Her most powerful cult members two of them being the Fae male that she had met so long ago and Midnight. The outer part of the sphere had hundreds of wires that lay on the ground, waiting for a cult member to pick it up and push their power through it. Once all of the members were in the main room and at their designated wire Mahira decided to bring out the core. She had already taken each piece out of its container and the pieces seemed to be alive with the power in the room and the closeness of it's sister pieces. Mahira took her place on the highest platform and hovered each of the pieces in front of one of her seven, and had on in front of herself. “My friends, the time is now. In a few short minutes we will be back home. Grab your wire!” Everyone eagerly picked up there wire. “Once the pieces are dropped in the large crystal will start to glow. At that time you will feel magic starting to try to escape through the wires. You can not let it escape! If we are to go home everyone of us will have the keep the powers in! Are you ready!” the building shook once again at the force of the roars. The sorceress smirked before she hovered all the pieces over the small hole were the would be deposited once they were put together. Mahira slowly focused on the pieces, she put one into the other. With each joining of a piece the room seemed to buzz with magic and the glowing got brighter. Finally it was time for the last piece. Mahira gritted her teeth and forced them together. As soon all the pieces connected a great shock went through the room. It was time, Mahira dropped them into the generator which came alive with power. Mahira quickly picked up her wire and felt the power that was trying to escape. She wouldn't allow it she through her magic against the magic or the core forcing it to build inside the machine. She heard the groans from the other dragon who were working hard on keeping the magic in. The suddenly there was a flash of purple light and a boom.

The Arcanist slowly rose out of the broken sharps of the generator that the puny sorcerers made. The creature continued to grow in size and power by the second. It watched as the leader of these pathetic creatures slowly rose and snarled at him. “You dare defy you're God.” The Arcanist said snarling down at the dragon leader. Mahira looked up in shock at the Arcanist. How could this be, they weren't supposed to awaken him, there were supposed to be going home. A great rage began to fill the dragon sorceress. No she would not give up that easily, she was going home. She growled at the beast and said “You are not my God, I don't have one, because I am one!” The Arcanist snorted at the silly mortals words. But the dragon seemed to be serious. Mahira slowly started to let her powers build up inside of her. Aided by her anger and the other dragons she might just be able to injure the Arcanist enough that he will give up and send them home. “I would like to see you try, puny sorceress.’’ The Arcanist snarled. Mahira smirked “As you wish.’’ with those words she let out a burst of power that caused all of the dragons around her to rise. But the dragons weren't themselves, no they had glowing green eyes that matched those of Rumeles, whose were burning brightly with anger. The Arcanist let out a growl of anger and descended upon the sorceress jaws open and ready to kill. Mahira just let out a burst of power so strong that burning light left her body. This light caused all the sorcerer's around her to implode in on themselves. As each member of the cult exploded into a burst of raw power caused by Mahira the Arcanist got weaker and weaker. Right when it was about to swallow Mahira whole she let out one more burst of power, so strong that it killed the great Arcanist and made a small portal. A portal that lead back to the one place that the sorceress had been wanting to get back to since she woke up on this dreaded earth. So the sorceress walked over the Arcanist and past all her dead cult members without a second glance. She stepped through the portal and arrived at home. The lupine started her life over again never forgetting about the people she sacrificed or the God she killed to get here, but she knew should would do it again in she had the chance. Little did lupine know, but the Arcanist didn't die, no it was alive and searching for her.
