Lionel founder | teacher | nature boy When Lionel's first clan was wiped out in a massive storm shortly after his birth, he only survived by random luck. His continued survival depended on him learning early on to be very quick and very clever. From the wreckage of his ancestral lair, he somehow managed to eventually wander to the farthest borders of the Everbloom Gardens, where he met up with another lone fae barely older than he was. Enid's decision to appoint herself his protector formed the core of what would become his second clan. Lionel welcomes any who might want to stay with their jumbled little family, be it for a day or a lifetime. He can tell you each clanmate's dreams, their fears, their favorite color. He claims no leadership, holds no ambition, but many of those he has nurtured would do anything for him that he asked. When strangers come to the clan, more often than not they are seeking strength, or balance, or perhaps only the ability to protect themselves as they wander a dangerous world. For all these Lionel is a teacher, and he has found the battlegrounds of the Coliseum to be a useful classroom for warriors and scholars alike. He has a peculiar rapport with the sort of wild creatures which one might expect to be more interested in either fleeing from or eating him. His ringlet amphithere companion is only one such example. Given this, it might seem a little strange that he would wear the skulls and bones of other small creatures as decoration; but put the question to him, and he will only look sad. "Some friends can only journey with you a little while," he might say. "But you can still keep them close to your heart." Further questioning seldom yields much more than that.

7/22/22 okay so my boy Lionel has been Royal/Maroon/Ice since his creation, and just like with Enid, the combo has never really worked for me (at least with Lionel I have the excuse that I chose precisely 0 of those colors). I finally got around to scattering Enid and I think I'm done there after exactly one, so let's see what Lionel wows me with...

#1, Shamrock/Cornflower/Saffron... ehh. I'll think a bit, but probably not.
#2, Forest/Moss/Sand and oooh that sounds like it has potential...
