A shy and withdrawn hatchling who grew into a reserved and solitary adult, Cecelia constantly doubts her ability to lead the clan and she tends to disappear both literally and metaphorically in her mother's shadow. She is temperamentally unsuited to Lady Reis' iron-clawed style of rule and often wishes her mother were more affectionate. Her status as heir meant she had a rather lonely childhood.
