Structured around a cliff face in the Windswept Plateau, Carlotta's clan was safe from everything.
Weather, the War, any creatures looking to harm the clan, the wind told her when there was danger so that she could lead her clan into the cliff to protect them. Ever since she was created by the Windsinger, she could hear the wind whisper to her. It tells her where to find lost travelers and companions to give them shelter from their troubles.

The Clan Whispers of Music as travellers have begun to call it, Carlotta and the rescued simply call it home. Home is a safe place, a shelter, a place where you lose all your troubles. Travelers come in and out of Home in constant; so many travelers and all are different. All have different goals, all have different ambitions, and different personalities. Noone here is the same and everyone is treated as equals. It's truly... safe.

Every once in a while, the topic of Carlotta's mate comes up around the square, but noone knows the truth as to what happened to him. The strong hearted red Fae up and left one winter morning and never returned. Noone has seen him since. On few occasions, Carlotta will hear news of him being spotted nearby, but after so many times of that it became just another hatchling crying 'Wolf.'




PERSONALITY
Carlotta is a generally quiet fae with an easy air around her and goes out of her way to lead lost and unwanted dragons to Home. She prefers observing the travellers and festivities that go on in the clan rather than interracting with other dragons.
