Ravi is a mysterious sort who claims to have left his own clan after growing tired of their ways. He traveled from land to land trying to find answers to questions he has never been forward about explaining, and claims to have found an answer to one within the confines of the Clan Misfortune. While his reasons for coming to and staying with the clan are mysterious, Ravi is a spirited and loyal individual and his knowledge and willingness to gain new knowledge has made him a valuable asset. He is obsessed with the cataloguing of information and has achieved the role of clan archivist, assisting the Keepers in their job of compiling history and important notes on everything there is, though Ravi's particular duties involve compiling information on the clan as a whole, it's history, and its members, past and present.

Ravi is generally a calm and mild mannered dragon, he doesn't seem to hold onto the various prejudices and stereotypical views of the breeds and flights around him and holds an objective, non judgmental outlook on most things, until he has the information he deems necessary to forge his own opinion. He can grow restless and unhappy if he is not constantly learning new things and enjoys conversing with the older, wiser dragons of the clan in order to learn more about everything he can. Generally he is a friendly, generous dragon who is always willing to lend a hand, advice, or simply share what he knows when it is asked for. He loves a good debate of theories and ideas and is flexible and open when it comes to changing what he thinks he knows based on new things he's learned.

Ravi appreciates a wide variety of the wildlife on Sornieth, but his closest companion and partner is a lux spectre he has named Valo.
