Kasper

Kasper began as a researcher, studying the wild creatures which had adapted to life in the inhospitable conditions of the Abiding Boneyard. His studies were cut short after he accidentally turned a swarm of plague rats loose in the Oasis Garden. The Oasis Garden was one of the few beautiful places in the Boneyard, and the charge of a particularly large guardian dragon. Kasper and his apprentice, Felix, made a very hasty escape back to the Everbloom Gardens, and Kasper still lives in vague fear that the guardian dragon will catch up to him one day.

Naturally cold and aloof, Kasper focused himself singlemindedly on his research, not caring how Cecily ran the clan. He loves Matilda and although he isn't terribly demonstrative about it, he worries about her a great deal when she leaves to hunt with the Mirror packs. He also worries about the degree that she and the other Mirrors are decimating the animals in the forest near their lair. Many of their children and other descendents take after Matilda, which has not helped the wildlife populations, and Kasper has been having a harder and harder time locating research specimines...
