Even though it's often cumbersome for her to move her bolts of heavy-duty fabric from place to place, she usually finds a way to make do. In the Wind territory, signal kites are a necessary means of long-distance communication. They can be used to signal couriers to stop for mail, as a marker for safe places to rest in inclement weather, and as a plea for help from afar. Not only is she capable of making these flags so they are sturdy enough to be flown in any weather, wind or rain, but she also is well-versed in the most common pendants used across all flights.

the flagSignaling with kites can sometimes be difficult for dragons when there is no wind, but this is no problem for Devine, as a Wind dragon. Even on the stillest of days, Devine can kick up a wind strong enough to fly her kites high so all can see. She is just as skilled at communicating face-to-face as she is with her kites, and well-traveled like any ordinary Wind dragon might be. She always has something to say, though she's just as interested in hearing tales of travel from other dragons.
