______ The lair mother-- now that's a title for you.
That title? Well, it just means that Minty is in charge of all the hatchlings, and when there isn't a leader,
that's what she is. She is the first of her generation, and no one exactly knows where she came from or how she came to be there-- though, it is taught in this clan's Teachings of Light that the first generations are direct descendants of Lightweaver, and if that's the case, Minty hasn't verified or denied it.

______ Once the happy mother of her own clutch,
Minty's hatchlings were sent away to save them from the impending starvation. Due to this, a rift was caused between Minty and her betrothed mate, Chaim. Centurion and Oclaryis filled a hole in her heart,
a hole that otherwise could have consumed her entirely. She teaches the hatchlings, and in doing so,
prepares them to grow and be strong members of the Sundial Terrace.
