Atropos "I make no judgements." - Atropos Mate: Rathe, Veinburst Subspecies: Skinless The Favorite Daughter Atropos was entered into training the day she was born, Selected by her mother as a favored daughter. That itself was highly irregular since Sinflayer rarely holds much regard for her children. They certainly never receive any special treatment and are of equal value to her as any other child of the clan. Indeed, the only way motherly affection might ever show through is that she is even harsher and more demanding of them. So it was with Atropos. Sinflayer's love and favor for her daughter showing only in apparent dissatisfaction with every action the young guardian might take. Sinflayer oversaw her training directly and worked hard to ensure the girl's strength, even to the detriment of her other duties. |

Atropos grew into a cold personality. There are few instances when any warmth shows through. That is exclusively rare and private moments with her brothers, Deimos and Phobos. To Antaios, however, her favorite brother, she is never kind. But knowing her as he does, this makes no difference to him. The other instance of warmth is no warmth at all, but a rage of fire, which is ignited only by a good fight. The Certain Path Early on, arrangements were sought as to what purpose Atropos would ultimately serve. Sinflayer wished her daughter to be a hand to guide some suitably influential clan, in the way that she herself serves the Clan of Singing Blood. Correspondence began with several nearby clans of sufficient influence, that might serve well as allies, and Makhea was given the task to find Atropos a seat of power in one of these clans. Atropos, however, did not find this suitable. As she grew older she tired of the prescribed direction given to her. She started looking for a way out of the arrangement. She would not have found one. Her fate seemed utterly unchangeable. Her brother, Antaios however, was enabled to far more boldness than his sister, lacking the favor and therefore the scrutiny which his sister had. Knowing her dissatisfaction with the arrangements, he set about to make his own and secured new passage for the two of them. Though it meant relocating to the farthest edge of the Scarred Wasteland... and it meant challenging Sinflayer directly. The Skinless Warriors With Antaios's help, Atropos was able to select a different home for herself. She is still proud to serve the name of her birthclan and the Plaguebringer. To that end she will help bring up this new clan... She will see it attain strength and prestige. Perhaps one day the Plaguebringer will find her new family worthy, but she herself makes no judgements. She makes no judgments, that is for others to do if it pleases them. It clutters the minds of mortals. She prefers a clear purpose, and any dragon's worthiness is not for her to decide. She kills those she is told to. She frightens those who stand in the way of her master. She fights when it pleases her, and she is always kind fallen opponents.
