The clan was started by two dragons. A tundra named Sweet and a Mirror named Rusty. They invited many rouges to join them and started a clan.

One of Sweet and Rusty's grandchildren, Tanager, left Storm Clan to create Rain Clan. She convinced a few others to join her, and she left.
After a long time though, the clan fell apart, and what remained of it joined Spark Clan.

A prophecy was made that five dragonets would grow up to lead clans, and Neon was one of them. He created Spark Clan, a clan that would let anyone join.

Three dragons from Spark Clan began the Ocean Empire. They created it to worship two young 'gods' they found. They had never seen a guardian dragon before and believed them to be gods.

Two young guardian dragons were found by The Ocean Empire and believed to be gods. They were raised as gods and are called the divine ones. There is the Great Circle which is made up of only the best Gods and Goddesses. The other Gods and Goddesses are in charge of training the Gods and Goddesses in training.
