Discord used to be a mercenary up for hire. If anyone needed a dangerous job done, Discord was the dragon to hire. However, Discord gained a negative reputation over the years. Not only could he be dangerous if not given his payment, but Discord would often go against any given rules for new jobs. He'd steal items he assumes dragons won't miss, he lets a job get messy, etc. Discord was casted from the mercenary's guild and recruited by his previous employer soon after. A mirror dragon named Hollowed who first hired Discord to help assassinate one of the higher up arcane dragons.
Now Discord is a recruit for Hollowed's Tree. And while he does have some things keeping him here, many won't be surprised if one day he bails with half of their treasure.
