....... This subspecies seems to be ancient. Their civilization was unearthed during the construction of a new set of lightning spires. When the first of its species joined modern civilization it didn't know about how machinery worked nor how it could be powered through cables and wires. They explained their "magics" were once what caused long-since-lost megalith stone creatures to come to life and serve as tools for the dragons. Their "magics" contain strong Lightning Elemental magic, gifted to them by the Stormcatcher.

Lightning residents were intrigued by their technologies, which were far more advanced than their own wires and copper plates, that they thought it was magic rather than technology. Now, seeing how enamored lightning residents are with their technology, the Runic dragons have agreed to assist lightning clans in reviving their ancient but powerful technology.

NAMESAKE —Iansã, as in Yoruba religion, commands winds, storms, and lightning. She is the queen of the River Niger, and the mother of nine. She is a warrior and unbeatable.
