Brunhilda

Back in the Old Days, Brun was resident of a growing clan situated in the very heart of the Sunbeam Ruins. But as the war continued to rage amongst Dragons and Beastclans, the light that kept her clan together flickered out. She spent half an age searching for a new clan, not an easy thing to do in a world in turmoil. On her travels, she honed her skills as a healer, a herbalist, an alchemist. And began to help those she found in trouble along the way.

During the Great Silence, when the wars that were waging seemed to settle for a small while, Brun found peace (for a while) in the trembling canopies of Botany's Grove. Here, she was welcomed with open arms and revered for the much-needed skills she brought with her. When the fires of battle began to burn all-too-brightly once again, Brun was vital in keeping everyone happy and healthy.

She patched up any dragons returning from war; as fresh as the day they left their mother's nest. She made sure hatchlings had all the plasters and balms for all of their bumps and bruises. In fact, it is even told that Brun herself was pioneering in curing the now extinct, but once very dreaded, Egg Rot.

As time has gone by, Brun has seen many dragons come and go from her clan. She has lost some to battle, some have gone in search of faraway homes. But each and everyone still holds a place in her heart. In her old age, Brun trains excited new recruits in the way of healing and herbalism and alchemy, and continues to oversee these affairs. Even though she finds that she has an overwhelming amount of knowledge to pass on, she still performs any major surgeries herself. She is still the clans Best, after all...
