 Personality: The Gatekeeper is a stern, serious individual. Though not unkind, he can at times be impatient and hard to get along with. However, he is at heart a benevolent, courageous dragon, and would readily put himself in harm's way if necessary to protect an innocent.

History: The dragon known to most as The Gatekeeper- but to those privileged few who he trusts as Sinclair- comes from an unusual background indeed. He was not born entirely of Sornieth, but in fact from a dragon father of Sornieth and a dragon mother who had traveled from another dimension entirely. Being of two different dimensions, his body tries to reconcile this spacial anomaly by tearing holes in the very fabric of reality around Sinclair. In his youth, Sinclair learned to control and harness this instability, allowing him to create "gates" that he could use to instantly travel across long distances.

Seeing tremendous potential in his abilities, Sinclair- now going under the alias of The Gatekeeper- resolved to use his powers for the greater good. He flits about Sornieth, fighting against the forces of injustice and upholding the peace. These battles are not always easy- on the contrary, in one such fight Sinclair lost his own right foreleg, and it had to be replaced by a mechanical prosthetic- but no matter what the personal cost, the Gatekeeper will always be there to protect those in need.
