Dionysus isn't old, but he's always had poor vision. Some have discouraged him against being a scientist/alchemist for this very reason, ever since he was small. Dionysus, however, finds it makes life more challenging and interesting. Others would say he means challenging by dangerous. The tundra is known to cause a few minor explosions now and then, always running through their territories with singed fur and a blackened face, save for where his safety goggles cover his eyes.

Despite his unpredictable, unstable nature, he's very pleasant and inviting. He loves to laugh and make jokes, sometimes out of things that shouldn't be laughed over. He has a zest and a passion that most dragons admire and even though he makes others nervous with some of his more outrageous experiments and ideas, everyone loves him just the same.
