"It's 'ui-ja' not 'ui-ji'"

Not much is known about this creature, probably because he's rarely seen. Those who do see him are rarely believed, and are accused of being pranksters trying to come up with new urban legends. But once in a while, when a dragon says "You're lying, the Ouija dragon doesn't exist." They'll hear a rasp 'Yes I do' hissed behind them.

Generally seen as a small skeleton-thin black and white creature, the Ouija dragon is unknown to be hostile or friendly. Some say that all he did was steal a teapot, other say he tried to suffocate them in their sleep. Some dragons use the aptly named ouija boards to try to communicate with him, sometimes he'll answer, sometimes he won't. But they always say,
you must be polite and say hello and goodbye to him while contacting. Otherwise he will follow you home and have his fun.

Rumor has it, he used to be a normal little ice mirror named Mangatsu. He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. If you ask him about it, he'll give you a different story on what actually happened every time.
