Tevra

Tevra was a simple dragon. He wanted simple things. Tea, clean energy, world domination, a comfortable bed. He had most of them, and he didn't complain about the rest of the things. Which is probably why he was so easily able to hide the fact he was building a large death ray. He'd found the blueprints crammed in some ancient corner of the library, and squirreled them away for when he had the time to build it. He was pretty sure that the ray had no chance of working, but it was worth looking into. After all, an evil genius needed a few good weapons at his clawtips.

For a plague dragon, Tevra had quite the command over electricity. He watched as it shimmered and crackled between his clawtips. He grinned, and waved his hand, dispelling the magic. He loved it so much. If only he had a good use for it beyond powering up almost useless trinkets for the clan. Where was the glory in that? Where was the fun? The adventure? The fame? They had no idea what he was capable of. Someday he'd show them just how powerful he was. His grin grew as he thought about their surprise, their fear, their (eventual) praise. Someday he'd show them all.
