Helios, Vamir, and Ascian run a circus-like caravan. Basically, dragons who have a wish will come to them, and it will be granted as long as they perform a dare of some sort. These dares target their fears/regrets, but once they have gotten past it the Spirals believe them worthy of having their wish granted. No one quite knows how they do it, but most agree that it is some sort of Shadow trickery. The Shadow Show travels all around the Tangled Wood, never telling where they are going next. This leads many dragons to spend months looking for the caravan, only sometimes finding it. However, many shadow dragons who have a wish and have suppressed the urge to chase the Shadow Show will find the caravan in their territory one way or another.
