Ganymede

It's a lovely evening down at the marketplace; the sun is shining with a soft and radiant glow, and a light breeze blows, making the various assorted decorations from many of the shops chime softly.

In the one of these shops, a female Tundra dragon enjoys the nice weather and calm day; it may be good for the business to have various customers coming and going every minute, but unlike her mother, Ganymede really appreciates having these slow days once in a while.

The desk attendant would love nothing more than to close up early to go enjoy the lovely day with her siblings, who are likely having a splendid time, or maybe even go find Comet and spend a few precious moments with him, just the two of them...

However, Ganymede is more responsible than that. The reason she usually willingly takes more turns attending the family shop than her siblings was that she understood how much the place meant to her parents, and, on a lesser note, the value of hard work and commitment. She wasn't going to break her word; even if it wouldn't really matter, even if nobody would find out, she'd stay the full shift.

So Ganymede simply smiled and sat there patiently, watching the flags and chimes flutter in the breeze.
