Insert overused quote or lyrics here Like her parents, she was born able to see entities invisible to most dragons - beings who didn't take a corporeal form, who drifted among dragonkind and wrought mischief and havoc. Her sight was rare, but being able to physically affect such beings was rarer still, and her parents taught her the secret methods needed to fight back against spirits and ghosts. Though much of her time was spent in the study and practice, in her spare time she poured over maps in the library, longing to get out into the world and travel to far away places. She knew she could protect herself as well as any companions - her parents had made sure of that. She became quite a geography buff, memorizing statistics and figures about all of the regions of Sornieth. Name any region and she can rattle off the features of the landscape, the customs of the native inhabitants, and the types of food native to each area. She finally got her chance to travel, and she made her way across the land, visiting places she had only read about as she sought work as a mercenary, looking for a clan in need of her unique skills.
